Dr. Sadie (Sara) Hutchings, DVM, CVA

She/Her/Hers
Medical Director

Dr. Sadie is thrilled to be the Medical Director of the Veterinary Wellness Dr Sadie Center of Provincetown (VWCP). Sadie has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was a toddler “practicing” procedures with her very first client AKA her childhood dog Buddy.

Dr. Sadie was born and raised on Cape Cod and after she attended Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, she promptly returned back to the animal community of the Cape.

Her commitment to continuous learning and integrative medicine are at the core of VWCP.

Outside of the clinic, Sadie can be found spending time with her two children, her other half, and their collection of animals, which includes two dogs, two cats, a goat, and a horse! Any time leftover goes to her hobbies of snowboarding, horseback riding, and dreaming of sleep.

Dr. John Hatch

He/Him/His
Veterinarian

Dr. Hatch received his education at University College Dublin in 1988. He owned and operated his own veterinary office in Secaucus, NJ, and practiced there for over 15 years.

He and his partner live in Provincetown and run a B&B together, and spoil Ruby, their Jack Russell Terrier. In his free time, Dr. Hatch loves to read, walk on the beach (with Ruby), garden, and support the arts here in Provincetown.

Grace Mirabile

She/Her/Hers
Customer Service Representative

Grace joined the team our first summer while home from Tulane University in New Orleans. While in Provincetown with her family, she works in the office, but when further away, she provides support remotely. She graduated early from Tulane and is preparing to pursue a Master of Social Work at Boston College.

Her favorite interactions are with our furry friends, but supporting our clients is a close second. She quickly adapted to her role and has been with us ever since.

In her free time, Grace raises service dogs for Canine Companions. Service dogs Joelle and Hamlin serve as our office's unofficial mascots, and we are proud of their work. Currently, she is training Wicket, who, like his predecessors, has captured our hearts.

When she's not spoiling her dogs, Grace enjoys creating ceramics, tending to her houseplants, and crafting while watching TV.

Seth Galdston

He/Him/His
Veterinary Assistant

Seth is our superstar veterinary assistant who is working on the veterinary school process. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and currently resides in Wellfleet. Prior to joining the VWCP team, he previously worked with wild life (saving squirrels and birds from flying in the wrong direction). He has quickly learned to speak dog and cat and helps all of us make it through the day every day.

When not at work, Seth cares for his ball python named Ramen, the apple of his eye.  And when not doting on Ramen, he can be found dining out across Cape Cod or enjoying a family dinner.  Every day he brings us the aromas of left overs from one of his adventures.

Seth's secret superman skill is that he is an artist extraordinaire.  He can paint what appears to be a Rembrandt on a pumpkin in less than 15 minutes, and is a pottery fiend just like Jo!

Dr. Jeffery Giles

He/Him/His
Veterinarian

Dr. Giles received his education from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. He completed a year-long internship at the MSPCA in Springfield upon graduation before moving to Boston.

Dr. Giles co-founded the Highland Animal Hospital in Needham, MA, and practiced there from 1995 until his retirement in 2023. As it turns out, retirement did not suit Dr. Giles, and luckily, he decided to join the VWCP team in Provincetown. He is particularly interested in senior care, internal medicine, survey, and dentistry.

He and his partner have had a home in Provincetown for many years and were excited to take the leap into full-time residency. Dr. Giles has two dogs that he is endlessly trying to tire out. His spare time includes cooking, gardening, card games, boating, kayaking, fishing, clamming, and beekeeping (he keeps his hobbies pretty lowkey).

Vicki Attanasio

She/Her/Hers
Practice Manager, Client Service Representative, Veterinary Assistant

Vicki is a washashore from Upstate New York.

Her love of working with animals began on a cattle farm in NY, where she raised cattle and worked Cattle Dogs.

This love of animals is what ultimately moved her to North Truro. She, her husband, and their three kids are happy to call the Cape home. Vicki also has four dogs, many chickens, and a thriving garden to tend to during her free time.

Vicki brings experience in the Veterinary Small Animal Field and small business management. She began her vet med journey with Client Service and has received education and hands-on experience that have added technical skill sets to assist in patient care.

Her work with Dr. Hutchings over the years has given her the opportunity and  ability to provide compassionate and exceptional care for small animals and their families. She has loved returning to Provincetown for the work day and watching their shared dreams come true.

Her love of Veterinary Medicine continues to flourish, and she is grateful to serve the families of her community.

Taylor Daley

She/Her/Hers
Veterinary Assistant, Dental Assistant

Taylor is our favorite Townie (Yes, she is Adrian's daughter). Taylor lives in Brewster with her husband and son, but her heart (and job) is in Provincetown.

Taylor is a certified cat and dog extraordinaire. Her three cats and two dogs keep her skills sharp and her days full. One special skill she has honed is finding the best Etsy pet tags around.

She began her career early on, and through years of experience, she discovered a passion for dentistry, anesthesia, and local block/pain management (her love for laminating everything is also noteworthy).

We are very grateful to have Taylor with us and plan on making the most of her favorite veterinary talents.

Jo Lind

She/Her/Hers
Veterinary Assistant

Jo joined veterinary medicine, and our team as a part of a career change from the arts and project management. She brings a good mix of sensitivity to our clients and patients, while also being able to keep up with the hustle and bustle of our busy clinic. She is always ready to learn new things, and is an incredible support to the staff as a whole, and everyone who steps foot into the clinic.

Having lived on a farm in high school and being a fierce animal activist and wildlife lover, nothing makes her happier than having the opportunity to work closely with animals and their owners, sharing in the goal of making sure all our pets are safe, happy and healthy!

She is the proud mother of a senior Staffordshire English Bull Terrier, Snacks the wonder dog, who also makes regular visits to VWCP.  When Snacks allows her time to herself, she is mastering pottery, winning Charcuterie board competitions, and just generally reaching savant status at essentially anything she tries.  We are very grateful for her career change and for Snacks who brought her to us!

Jenn Dumesco

She/Her/Hers
Veterinary Assistant

Jenn is our resident Snow Bird who joins us every May-October before she loads up her cats, her dog Felix, and some snacks to head back to Florida. Her job in Florida is at an emergency hospital  where she does all things emergency medicine and critical work. She has also traveled all over the world assisting in volunteer spay/neuter programs.

Her true passion lies in emergency work, and we are very lucky to have her expertise and experience during the summers (and she feels lucky for the more relaxed pace our clinic provides).

When not at work, Jenn can be found floating around on a giant unicorn floatie, traveling with her wife (a fellow DVM), or serving the whims of all her cats.

She is widely recognized as our certified crazy cat lady (CCCL), a title she loves and wears proudly. For Jenn, the spicier the kitty, the better!

Jeffrey Gaudor

He/Him/His
Veterinary Assistant

Jeffrey is one of the many friendly faces you’ll meet as a veterinary assistant at our hospital. With a passion for animals and a knack for making every client feel welcome, Jeffrey ensures that every visit runs smoothly for both pets and their humans.

When Jeffrey isn’t assisting pets, he’s dazzling audiences on the weekends as the talented Kira Stone. Her performances are known for their creativity, charisma, and flair—just like his approach to client care. Whether in the exam rooms or on stage, Jeffrey brings positivity, warmth, and a little sparkle to everything he does.

At home, Jeffrey shares his life with his fiercely opinionated Yorkshire Terrier, Liza. Small but mighty, Liza rules the household with an iron paw, keeping Jeffrey on his toes. Despite her sassy attitude, she’s the perfect sidekick and Jeffrey's number one fan.

His approach of professionalism, compassion, and charm (+ a little glitter) means that every day at the office is a little brighter.
